Stoney River’s New Lifestyle Specialist is an Experienced Family Resource

Stoney River Marshfield Assisted Living and Memory Support welcomes new Lifestyle Specialist Meranda Lelonek.

MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Stoney River Assisted Living and Memory Support, located at 1204 W. McMillan Street, Marshfield, WI, welcomes Meranda Lelonek as the new Lifestyle Specialist. In this role, Lelonek serves as an educational resource to assist area older adults who are searching for senior living and their family members in the process of finding a community that offers a better quality of life.

“My goal at Stoney River is to listen carefully to the prospective resident’s wants and needs but also to understand the family’s priorities as well,” said Lelonek, who has been on the other side of the process herself when searching for assisted living for both of her grandmothers.

“They wanted different things in a community,” Lelonek shared. “Location mattered most to my one grandmother, while my other grandmother had rehabilitation needs and was interested in socialization, programming and rides to appointments.”

Lelonek and her family were able to find a good fit to accommodate each grandmother’s individual requirements.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota Crookston, Lelonek has a diverse career background that includes professional roles with Marshfield’s First Presbyterian Church and the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce, making her well acquainted with the Marshfield area community.

Seniors and their adult children who are interested in learning more about senior living options, can call Lelonek, Stoney River’s Lifestyle Specialist, at 715-207-6423. Lelonek takes time to learn about prospective residents’ personal situations and invites them and their family members to visit Stoney River to tour the community, learn more about Stoney River’s services and amenities and meet the team members and residents.
