Pittsville Area Community Theater Brings Laughter, Adventure, and Heroics to the Stage with Sherwood: The Adventures of Robin Hood
PITTSVILLE, WI (OnFocus) — Adventure awaits this July as Pittsville Area Community Theater proudly presents Sherwood: The Adventures of Robin Hood, Ken Ludwig’s fast-paced, witty retelling of the legendary outlaw’s tale. Performances will run July 17–26, bringing romance, swordplay, comedy, and unforgettable heroes to audiences of all ages.
From the award-winning playwright behind Lend Me a Tenor and Crazy for You, Sherwood: The Adventures of Robin Hood breathes new life into the classic legend. Robin Hood and his merry band take on the greedy Prince John, the infamous Sheriff of Nottingham, and the dastardly Sir Guy of Gisbourne, in a thrilling adventure filled with daring escapes, clever disguises, laugh-out-loud humor, and heartwarming moments. Whether you’re a lifelong fan of Robin Hood or discovering the story for the first time, this production offers something for everyone.
