MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – A 23 year-old male started his vehicle, then locked his keys inside and began causing a disturbance at a business in the 800 block of South Central Avenue in Marshfield.
Officer arrived at the scene, observed the vehicle disabled on the side of the road, and located the male driver. The man was arrested for OWI 2nd, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting, and disorderly conduct.
He was transported to Wood County Jail.
