In a Facebook post, the Auburndale School District announced that they are looking for a new head football coach for the upcoming season.

Jay Anderson spent more than a decade building the Auburndale Eagles football program into one of the more respected small-school programs in Central Wisconsin. Over the last 5 seasons, Anderson led the Eagles to a combined 44-15 record and a Marawood Conference Championship.
A native of Auburndale, before his coaching career, Anderson was a decorated athlete in his own right. He starred at Auburndale High School before going on to compete collegiately at UW-Eau Claire, where he was an honorable mention All-American pitcher for the Blugolds and also played two years of basketball.
