Traffic Alert: Slippery Roads Across Central Wisconsin

MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Reports of freezing rain and slippery conditions have come in all across the state. Drive slow and be safe when commuting today!

A stretch of I-94 has been closed in Jackson County about seven miles south of Osseo after up to 100 vehicles were involved in an early morning pileup.

The Wisconsin DOT 5-1-1 website shows that stretches of highway 13, highway 10, and highway 51 are all showing signs of being slippery. Precipitation is mostly moving out of the area and temperatures are scheduled to get above freezing around noon today.
