Public Notice: Sex Offender To Be Released in Stratford

STRATFORD, WI (OnFocus) – In accordance with Wisconsin State Statute 301.46(2m), it has been determined by the Marathon County Law Enforcement and Corrections CORE team that the attached information on TYLER D. CUSTER will be released to local media outlets for dissemination to the public. Mr. CUSTER has reached his mandatory release date from his prison sentence and, on 01/24/2023, he will be released back into the county of conviction and placed on supervision administered by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

Upon release from prison, Mr. CUSTER will be placed on the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Intensive Supervision program. Mr. CUSTER will be monitored by Sex Offender Agent Specialists out of the Division of Community Corrections Office based in the Marathon County Courthouse.

He will be living at his address located at 219492 Butternut Road, Stratford, WI and will be subject to the Department of Corrections Global Positioning System (GPS). Mr. CUSTER will initially be on a highly restricted schedule consisting of time out in the community for work and treatment.
