Luck’s Wyatt Jensen Named 8-Player Offensive Player of the Year

Wyatt Jensen of Luck has been selected as the 2021 8-Player Football Offensive Player of the Year by WisSports.net.

The team’s quarterback in a modified single wing offense, Jensen threw for 329 yards with seven touchdowns this season, but did much more damage on the ground. The senior leads 8-Player football with 2,453 yards and 43 touchdowns, averaging 11.7 yards per carry and 223 yards per game. He also threw for 435 yards and eight touchdowns, had two kick return touchdowns, two punt return touchdowns, and 150 tackles on defense.

Jensen was part of a state runner-up team as a freshman in 2018 before playing a key role on the 2019 state title team.
