Colby Football Dominates Edgar

A pair of 4-0 Marawood teams clashed at Edgar Friday evening, but it was the visiting Colby Hornets that made a statement with a 32-6 thumping of Edgar.

Edgar began the scoring with a 40 yard run by Karter Butt in the first quarter.

Colby then took the lead on a Tucker Meyer to Nathaniel Robida 29 yard touchdown  and Caden Healy followed with an 8 yard run. The Hornets’ lead was 16- 6 at halftime, and made sure after the break Edgar would not get back into the game.

The Colby defense held the Wildcats to just 118 yards on the ground, with Colby collecting 301 yards. Healy led all ballcarries with 200 yards on 26 carries and a pair of touchdowns.
