Lights of Love Shines Bright in Wisconsin Rapids as Aspirus Health Foundation Raises Nearly $9,000 to Support Local Patients
WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI (OnFocus) –
The 24th Annual Lights of Love tree lighting ceremony brought warmth and joy to the Wisconsin Rapids community. With clear skies and perfect weather, quite contrast to last year’s slush storm, the event offered families a peaceful evening of reflection and remembrance.
This year’s event raised about $9,000 for the Aspirus Health Foundation and supports the Wisconsin Rapids Patient Assistance Fund.
Thanks to the generosity of donors, the Patient Assistant Fund continues to make a meaningful impact by funding critical health initiatives such as substance abuse recovery, behavioral and mental health services, patient comfort, food systems, and cancer care.
“Lights of Love is more than a fundraiser, it’s a tradition that brings our community together in love and remembrance,” said Annmarie Ott, Volunteer Coordinator at Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids. “We are grateful to everyone who participated and helped illuminate the season with hope.”
The beautifully lit trees will remain on display between Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital and Riverview Expressway throughout the holiday season, serving as a symbol of connection and healing for families across the community.
