Abbotsford Boys Run on All Cylinders in Win over Spencer

Abbotsford (OnFocus) – The Abbotsford Falcons busted out with an amazing shooting night from the floor, cruising to a nonconference win over Spencer, 82-54.

Cade Faber had 21 first half point for the Falcons, including three roaring dunks. Faber’s slam with 2:30 left in the first half capped off his monster first half, and a 52-23 lead at the half had Abbotsford poised for a quick second half.

The Falcons built their lead to 40, and with a running clock for the final 9 minutes, Abby cruised to the win.

Faber finished with a game-high 23 points and 12 rebounds. The senior guard added 5 steals and had 2 blocks, shooting 11 of 15 from the floor.

The Falcons connected on 35 of 67 field goals, their best shooting performance of the season.

Sophomore Brandon Diedrich scored a season-high 19 points, senior Hunter Soyk scored 15, and senior Mason Carpenter added 13 points.
