Behind the scenes: Who are some of the people that help your program succeed?
Our youth coaches do all they can and more for these athletes at a young age. They seem to make the time for these kids, and give them every opportunity we can to help them grow as players and spark a passion for the sport at a young age. I also think supportive teachers/staff at the school is HUGE. Simply hearing a teacher wish you good luck.. or asking how things are going, that goes a long way for a high schooler and it does not go unnoticed.
