Stevens Point (OnFocus) – With lightning as a backdrop, the SPASH Panthers bolted their way past Superior 43-0.
Quarterback Riley Warzynski provided the firepower for SPASH, throwing for five touchdowns and running a sixth.
Warzynski had touchdown throws of 52, 17, 38 and 19 yards in the first quarter. His fifth touchdown throw was a 47 yard throw in the second quarter.
The Panthers’ quarterback ran for another touchdown, 17 yards, in the second quarter.
SPASH closed out the game’s scoring with a 49 yard field goal from Cam Saeger, ending the first half.
Warzynski was 13 of 17 for 262 yards in the ballgame.
