Punishing Run Game Propels Amherst to Win over Spencer/Columbus
A punishing running game saw the Amherst Falcons rush for 271 yards on 44 carries and Amherst improved to 6-0 with a 28-13 Win over Spencer/Columbus.
“I was proud of our effort tonight. I thought our guys gave a great fight. Ryan Bernick did a great job on defense. Mac Konieczny had a big night on offense,” shared Spencer/Columbus Head Coach Jason Gorst.
