New Logo Reflects Youth and Creativity of Premier Printing Team

(Everyone loves a good makeover story! Share YOUR business transformations with us!) Premier Printing has grown since its founding days in a basement in 2004, and this month the Marshfield business debuted its brand new logo.

Originally called “Premier Graphics,” and focusing on media production, the business purchased GraphX Solutions in 2005 and began offering document and business printing services. Throughout the years, the business expanded to more than twice its size. Today, Premier offers a wide range of services, everything from printing to design.

To reflect its wide range of products and better define its years of growth, leadership made the decision to rebrand.

“Maybe some have seen the PMS (Pantone Matching System) color of the year for 2017 is Greenery. It symbolizes new beginnings, so we felt it was perfect timing,” said Lindsey Rasmussen. “Premier has been around for 13 years, and while we have been growing, we haven’t been entirely sure of our brand recognition in the community. There have been struggles, lessons learned and victories and we’re looking to take what we’ve experienced and learned and step into a lead role in our industry.”

Rasmussen hopes the new logo and branding will help boost awareness for the company and better showcase its many products and services.

“We recently purchased new equipment that will allow us to offer services we haven’t before, and more competitive pricing on others we’ve always done,” she said.

Graphic designer Brian Mortvedt created the new logo, basing it on his vision for a simple icon that better represented the group of employees that Premier has, and the personality of the team.

“The previous logo was well done and has been well used. I felt there was a new chapter being created at Premier and a new look was needed,” said Mortvedt. “Premier has a great many things to offer our customers and with a new look we hope to bring attention to our skills and abilities.”

With an emphasis on the youthful personality of the Premier group, Mortvedt’s design is a more geometric, techno-based icon.

“It is simple and easily recognizable. I envisioned a logo that was based on the letter ‘P’ and would represent our name in a simple way,” he explained. “I hope everyone likes it.”

Reflecting the youth and creativity of its team, the new Premier logo is an exciting new chapter for the business.

“Our team is creative and determined to produce a great product. We enjoy having creative freedom with our customers’ projects while keeping their budgets in mind,” added Rasmussen. “We want to help others grow their business through our services.”

“Premier has a great team of people working here with many skills,” added Mortvedt. “Premier has the ability to truly create ANYTHING you can envision. If your business logo will be printed on it or you’re creating a personal project for a wedding or an event, Premier can help you with getting those things created. We can do more than you may think.”

Rasmussen invites everyone to join the Premier Printing Facebook page, where she will be sharing and updating on new products and promotions.

Editor’s Note: Premier Printing is a sister company of Focus on Marshfield’s investment group.
