Charlotte A. Frodl, 86, Stratford, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at Stoney River Memory Care in Marshfield.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Stratford with a rosary service at 9:30 am followed by visitation until the time of service. Rev. Eric Mashak will officiate. The service will be streamed online at www.facebook.com/rembsfuneralhomes. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Town of Eau Pleine, Marathon County. Sauter/Rembs Funeral Home, Stratford is assisting the family.
Charlotte was born on February 2, 1953 in Stratford to Bernard “Ben” and Lillian (Kirsch) Knoeck. She graduated from Stratford High School. She was united in marriage to Donald Frodl on August 16, 1958 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Stratford.
Charlotte worked in food service at St. Joseph’s church and school. She enjoyed cooking and baking – especially chocolate chip cookies, bowling, going on walks, tending her flower gardens, going to polka dances, putting together jigsaw puzzles, shopping, and going to grandkids sporting events.
She is survived by husband, Don, children, Kathy (Dave) Feltz, Cindy (Mike) Maguire, Steve Frodl, and Tom Frodl, grandchildren, Brian (Jill) Feltz, Brandon (Madison) Feltz, Carla (Mike) Hensley, Kyle (Melissa) Leonhardt, Nate (Rachel) Frodl, Mike (Shanna) Frodl, Ben (Sammi) Frodl, and great grandchildren, Sienna and Noelle Feltz, Anderson Leonhardt, Ava Hensley, and Jake, Jared, and Charlotte Frodl.
She is further survived by her twin sister, Catherine (Roger) Kluczykowski, brothers, Bernard (Donna) Knoeck, Ken (Mary) Knoeck, Al (Jo) Knoeck, Jerry (Karen) Knoeck, and Roman Knoeck, and sister in law, Sally Knoeck.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Don Knoeck, and son in law, Tim Doty.
