Bonnie L. (Roth) Blenker, age 72, passed away surrounded by family on Friday, April 18, 2025 in Oshkosh, WI.  She was born January 3, 1953, daughter of the late Gerald and Dolores Roth. She graduated from P.J. Jacobs High School and married her high school love, Daniel Blenker, on July 21, 1973 in Milladore, WI.  They recently celebrated 50 years of marriage together, with Dan loving and taking care of her to his very last day in June of 2024.

Bonnie grew up with six sisters and three brothers in Junction City, WI.  Staying close and being around family was always important to her.  She spent countless days waterskiing, playing softball, and hanging out with her huge extended family.  She later shared these events with her own family, two sons- Ryan and Mark.  This taught them how important family is, continuing this now with their own families.

She was employed by American Family Insurance most of her working career in Stevens Point and Plover.  She was able to retire at an early age and enjoy it with Dan, building a final home together and residing in Plover.

Bonnie loved to host parties, dress to the nines, decorate, and cook lots of food for any occasion.  She had a number of lifelong close friends that she enjoyed coffee with.  It was one of her favorite past times, going for breakfast and sipping coffee while talking for hours.  She really enjoyed these cherished moments with close friends.

She loved to spend time at their cabin in the Minocqua area where she was typically surrounded with family and especially her grandkids.  Grandkids meant the world to Bonnie; she could be found taking picture after picture of them and showing these to her friends. When the grandkids were younger, she would bring over dresses for the girls and outfits for the boys and the photo session would go on all day.

Before she was hindered with MS, she frequently enjoyed visits to her late Mom and Dad and spending time with her sisters.  She was a great wife, mom, sister, daughter, and friend to everyone and will be missed by all.

Bonnie is survived by her son Ryan (Mary) Blenker and grandkids Declan, Grace, Aidan, Margaret, and Camden; son Mark (Lisa) Blenker and grandkids Aneka, Owen, Audrie, and Isaac. Bonnie is further survived by her siblings: Kathy Skibba (Lance), Deb Tork (Don), Gary Roth, David (Mary) Roth, Laurie Rosicky (Jerome), Dan Roth (Sandy), Jackie Zirwas (Dean), Nancy Roth-Mallek (Tim), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one sister Donna.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at Aspire along with Hospice for their compassionate care for Bonnie.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday April 25th at St. Wenceslaus Church in Milladore, WI.  Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. until the time of services.  Rev. Sengole Vethanayagam will officiate. The service will be streamed online at www.facebook.com/rembsfuneralhomes. A luncheon will be served at the church following the service.
