Neillsville Woman Arrested for 9th OWI Offense

NEILLSVILLE, WI (OnFocus) – A Neillsville woman was arrested Sunday afternoon for allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated, marking her ninth offense, according to the Neillsville Police Department.

At approximately 3:39 p.m. on June 1, an officer conducted a traffic stop on Hewett Street for a reported speeding violation. During the stop, the officer identified signs of impairment and administered field sobriety tests.

The driver, identified as 56-year-old Tammy L. Dyer of Neillsville, was taken into custody on suspicion of operating while under the influence. She was transported to the Clark County Jail.

Dyer also received citations for speeding and having open intoxicants in the vehicle.
