NEILLSVILLE, WI (OnFocus) – The Neillsville Police Department is launching a school supply drive to benefit local elementary classrooms, inviting community members to donate items such as pencils, crayons, glue sticks, and hand sanitizer. These donations will help create well-equipped classrooms where young students can thrive.
Supplies can be dropped off during Public Safety Day on Monday, August 4th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neillsville Fire Hall. This family-friendly event celebrates the vital connections between public safety services and the community.
“Your generosity empowers students to focus on growth and discovery,” Chief Jim Mankowski said in a statement. “Together, we’re building a stronger future through education and community support.”
