MMCCU Promotes Stephanie Rasmussen to Assistant Vice President of Human Resources & Training

MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – Marshfield Medical Center Credit Union (MMCCU) is pleased to announce the promotion of Stephanie Rasmussen to the newly established role of Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Human Resources & Training, effective August 1, 2025.

Since rejoining MMCCU in 2021, Rasmussen has played a critical role in strengthening the organization’s operations, first in accounting and later expanding her focus to human resources. Over the past four years, she has led efforts to streamline HR processes, improve compliance practices, and support employee development—contributions that have directly impacted MMCCU’s culture and efficiency.

The creation of the AVP of Human Resources & Training position reflects MMCCU’s continued investment in staff development and organizational resilience. In this new role, Rasmussen will oversee human resources strategy, lead training initiatives, and help cultivate a strong, supportive workplace environment.

“Stephanie has continually gone above and beyond in her work and leadership,” said David Murphy, President of MMCCU. “This promotion is a recognition of her commitment and the value she brings to our team.”

A Marshfield native, Rasmussen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College. She began her career at MMCCU as a college student and returned after a decade in the commercial insurance sector. In addition to her professional role, she and her husband Kyle run a small business and enjoy outdoor activities with their three sons.

MMCCU congratulates Rasmussen on her promotion and looks forward to her continued leadership and contributions in this expanded role.
