Medford Survies Late Comeback, Downs Fall Creek

The Medford Raiders got out to an early lead, but survived a bottom of the 7th comeback attempt to down the defending Division 4 State Champions, Fall Creek 5-4.

The Raiders were led at the plate by Rylee Hraby, who went 2-4 with 2 triples, 2 RBI, and a run scored. Finley Arndt went 2-2, 2 doubles, an RBI, and a run scored. Zayleah Leonhardt went 1-3 with a double and an RBI.

Rylee Hraby got the start for the Riaders, going the distance, giving up 4 runs, 1 earned, on 7 hits, 2 walks, and 15 strikeouts.

Fall Creek was led by Addy Haynes, who went 2-4 with an RBI.

Grace Herrem got the start, going the distance, giving up 5 runs, 3 earned, on 7 hits, and 8 strikeouts.
