MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – A 24-year-old Marshfield man was arrested shortly after 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 4 following a traffic stop for his fourth-offense OWI.
According to police reports, the man refused a legal blood draw and a warrant was obtained for a sample of his blood.
The man was booked at the Marshfield Police Department and was transported to the Wood County Jail.
