CLARK COUNTY, WI (OnFocus) – The National Weather Service has issued a Frost Advisory for Clark County and neighboring regions, effective from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM CDT on Saturday. The advisory includes Adams, Clark, Juneau, Taylor, Jackson, and Monroe counties.
Overnight temperatures are expected to drop into the lower 30s, creating conditions favorable for frost formation. This poses a risk to cold-sensitive vegetation, especially tender outdoor plants, which may be damaged or killed if not adequately protected.
Residents are urged to take action this evening to protect any vulnerable plants by covering them or bringing them indoors if possible. Precautionary measures are especially important for gardeners, farmers, and others with agricultural interests.
While this advisory is considered minor, it is likely to occur, and responsive action should be taken promptly.
