The Edgar Legion Softball team downed Marshfield 11-7 on Wednesday night.
Edgar was led by Annie Kolodzeij, who went 1-3 with 2 walks and 2 RBI. Alyssa Kolano went 2-2 with 3 walks, an RBI, and 2 runs scored. Brandi Halvorson and M Kroening added doubles.
Koladzeij went the distance in the circle, giving up 7 earned runs, on 13 hits, 2 walks, and 4 strikeouts.
Marshfield was led by Ruby Manlick, who went 3-3 with a double and 3 RBI. Madi Cole went 3-2 with 2 triples, 2 RBI, and a run scored. Kaliea Garving and Angela Barnhardt added doubles.
Barnhart got the start going all 7 innings, giving up 11 runs, 10 earned, on 9 hits, 13 walks, and 3 strikeouts.
