MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – On January 10 at 4:38pm during a traffic stop on South Central, K9 Rika indicated to the presence of a controlled substance within the vehicle. A search was conducted and the driver was placed under arrest after drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine was located on his person.
