Two undefeated teams meet in the WIAA Division 7 State Championship Games, with both looking for their first title.

Playoff Wins: 49-7 vs Assumption, 27-0 vs Glenwood City, 35-14 vs Boyceville, 17-14 (OT) vs Lourdes Academy.

The Pirates of Cochrane-Fountain City are familiar with state championships, with their Boys Basketball team capturing a championship this past season, but will be making their first appearance at Camp Randall for a football state championship game.

The Pirates are led by junior quarterback Parker Kujak, who has completed 60.4% of his passes for 1264 yards, 11 touchdowns, and 4 interceptions. His primary targets are senior Ty Popp, who has caught 26 passes for 546 yards and 5 touchdowns, and Steve Meyer, who has caught 22 passes for 310 yards and 5 touchdowns.

The Pirates also have a balanced rushing attack led by a pair of rushers, Ethan Smith, who has carried the ball 148 times for 976 yards and 23 touchdowns, and Aiden Lisowski, who has carried the ball 103 times for 938 yards and 10 touchdowns.

Kenosha St. Joseph Lancers are making their second appearance at the WIAA State Football Championships, finishing runner-up in 2001 in their only other trip. The Lancers have had to deal with a fluid schedule this year, receiving three forfeits (Milwaukee Academy of Science, Catholic Central, and Dominican), and having a replacement game cancelled (Abbotsford).

The Lancers have a 2000+ yard passer, and a 1000+ yard rusher and receiver.

Zach Rizzo leads the offense at the quarterback spot, completing 72.1% of his passes for 2264 yards, 26 touchdowns, and 2 interceptions. His primary target has been Dominic Rindldi, who has caught 52 passes for 1101 yards and 11 touchdowns.

Kenosha St. Joseph is led on the ground by Christopher Kenesie, who has carried the ball 124 times for 1107 yards and 18 touchdowns. Tyler Buttera-Weiss has carried the ball 71 times for 491 yards and 10 touchdowns.
