City of Marshfield Awarded Grant for Park Facilities
MARSHFIELD, WI (OnFocus) – The City of Marshfield has received $2,800 in grant funding to support the installation of portable toilets at two public parks: the UW fields and Forest Ridge Park.
The funding includes a $2,000 grant from the Marshfield Area Community Foundation and an $800 contribution from Walmart. These funds will cover the rental and maintenance costs of two portable toilet units from May 1 through October 1.
The addition of these facilities aims to improve access and convenience for residents and visitors using the parks during the warmer months.
