Bonduel Softball Sweeps DH with Iola-Scandinavia
Bonduel softball swept a doubleheader vs Iola Friday. The first game Bonduel won 9-0 as Kallie Wilcox tossed a 1 hit shutout, striking out 4 and walking none. Tatum Sporisky and Julianna Jacobs had 3 hits and 2 RBI a piece to lead the Bears 14 hit attack. Taylor Rank and Marlie Hartmann added 2 hits a piece.
In game two, the bats cooled a bit, but Emery Thompson scatted 6 hits and 2 walks and only surrendered a pair of unearned runs. Sporisky and Jacobs again led the Bears with 2 hits a piece in the second game.
