Patrick Greisen/Judeah Kniskern – West De Pere Phantoms Football – Records were set in the Phantoms’ 28-14 win over Notre Dame in the Division 2 State Championship Game. Patrick Greisen set the Division 2 record for most passing yards in a state championship game, going 16/26 for 304 yards and 2 touchdowns. Kniskern set the Division 2 record for most receiving yards, catching 7 passes for 164 yards and a touchdown.
Grayson Bollech – Grafton Black Hawks Football – After a late touchdown gave Reedsburg a 15-14 lead, Grafton drove down the field and with 6 seconds left sent Greysen out to kick a 35-yard field goal, which he hit to win the Black Hawks the Division 3 State Championship.
Zach Rizzo/Dominic Rinaldi – Kenosha St. Joseph Lancers Football – Another pair that both broke records, this time in Division 7, Rizzo breaking the D7 passing yards record, going 15/18 for 226 yards and 3 touchdowns. Rinaldi caught 10 passes for a record 177 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Ryan Heiman – Arrowhead Warhawks Football – The Warhawks were in a perilous position, down 15-12 with 0:46 left in the game. They needed something special to happen, and Heiman delivered with a 76-yard kickoff return for a touchdown to win the Division 1 State Title for Arrowhead.
Brody Schaffer – Winneconne Wolves Football – Schaffer willed his team to a Division 4 State Championship. leading two drives in the last 6:00 to come from behind to down Little Chute. Schaffer threw for 149 yards and 2 touchdowns, while also rushing for 137 yards and a touchdown.
