OnFocus Athlete of the Week, May 18th – May 24th
Connor Rappley – Rhinelander Baseball – Connor threw a perfect game in the Hodags 8-0 win over Medford, helping Rhinelander tie Medford for 2nd in the GNC.
Addyson Wolf – Loyal Track and Field – Addyson won 4 events at the Cloverbelt East Conference Track and Field Meet. Taking first in the 100, 200, and 400-meter dashes and the high jump.
Brandon Geldernick, Colton Paczkowski, and Mason Gay – Owen-Withee Track and Field – The three speedsters for the Blackhawks each won two events to help Owen-Withee sweep the team titles at the Cloverbelt East Track and Field Meet.
Dawson Luther – Pittsville Baseball – Dawson combined to go 10-16 with 7 runs scored, 13 RBI, 3 doubles, 2 triples, and 3 stolen bases. He also pitched 3 shutout innings with 1 hit and 4 strikeouts over 4 wins for the #1 seeded Pathers.
Bella Thomas – Assumption Track and Field – Bella Thomas won the 100, 200, and 400-meter dashes at the Marawood Conference Track and Field Meet.
