OnFocus – Wood County Sheriff’s Department was one of many departments around the State to answer Kenosha’s call for assistance. Today, they received a tearful message from a Kenosha resident thanking them for their service.
“We sent six members of our Special Response Team and our armored vehicle to help respond to the civil unrest in Kenosha,” they said in a statement. “We were touched to receive a phone call from a Kenosha resident thanking us. We’re proud to have helped another community in need and are grateful that the guys are returning home safe today!”
