Wood County Sheriff’s Department Arrests Bicyclist with 57 Grams of Meth in Wisconsin Rapids

(OnFocus) Wood County Sheriff’s Department uncovered 57 grams of meth on a fleeing bicyclist over the weekend.

Deputy John Matthews noticed a suspicious male riding a bike behind a school in Wisconsin Rapids on Saturday night, the department stated on its Facebook page. After the deputy attempted to make contact, the subject fled and then struggled after being caught.

The subject had warrants for his arrest and possessed 57 grams of methamphetamine, a street value of $6,800.
