OnFocus – Wood County Health Department wants to know residents’ views on the COVID-19 vaccine in order to better prepare for the vaccine’s arrival locally.
The purpose of this survey is to better understand Wood County residents’ views on vaccines to inform the Wood County Health Department’s efforts to prepare for the arrival of COVID-19 vaccine. In addition, this survey will help us anticipate the resources necessary to prepare for COVID-19 vaccination clinics and develop community education and outreach materials.
