Wisconsin Band Vic Ferrari Announces Farewell Tour

CALUMET COUNTY, WI (OnFocus) – After 35 years of performing over 2,500 shows, the band Vic Ferrari will be playing its final shows. The band announced its farewell tour will begin with immediately.

The band is slated to perform seven shows in March including their “Symphony On The Rocks” show at the Grand Theater in Wausau on March 18.

The band began entertaining in 1988 and took their talents to 25 states and ten countries to perform live shows. The band performed in Ireland, Italy, Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, Mexico, Jamaica and cruise ships.

Vic Ferrari also had a rich history of donating money to charities and causes using their music.

In a statement, the band said they have enjoyed their time as performers and appreciate the support.

“It’s been a brisk 35 years since Vic Ferrari became a band,” the statement said. “Our career was made with only one thing in mind; performing great rock & roll and letting your mind forget about the problems of the day. We traveled and performed out of our comfort zone to a greater success than we ever thought possible. The hayseeds from Calumet County achieved some truly remarkable things.”

The band urged fans to come to one of their last shows to help celebrate the journey they’ve been on together.

“Our farewell tour begins now and we couldn’t be more grateful to each and every person who has been on this journey with us,” the band said. “The band members would love to see you in the audience one more time.”
