Wild Second Day in First Round of MLB Playoffs advances three, Sets up Elimination Games in Day Three

Los Angeles, CA (OnFocus) – Major League Baseball is just two days into the playoffs, and already three teams have advanced to the second round. The Yankees, Astros, and Rays all won Wednesday to advance to the second round.

In the National League, the Dodgers, Cardinals, Braves and Marlins all won on Wednesday, to up 1-0.

Result: Astros won Game 2, 3-1
Next game: Astros will face White Sox or A’s in ALDS on Monday at Dodger Stadium.

Result: Braves won Game 1, 1-0, in 13 innings

Result: Marlins won Game 1, 5-1
