OnFocus – A Mosinee School District art teacher will be making an appearance in court on Tuesday after being arrested for sexual assault on Monday according to the Wausau Police Department.
Christy Mathis, an art teacher at the Mosinee School District according to the school’s staff directory website, will make her initial appearance at 2 p.m. in Marathon County Court on Tuesday.
The formal charges include 1st degree child sexual assault – sexual contact with person underage and sex assault of student by school staff.
