Stratford boys basketball takes care of Assumption, improves to 12-0

STRATFORD – Teddy Redman was a perfect 5-for-5 from 3-point range and scored a team-high 15 points to lead the Stratford boys basketball team to a 59-40 victory over Wisconsin Rapids Assumption in a Marawood Conference South Division matchup Tuesday night at Stratford High School.

Stratford remains undefeated this season, improving to 12-0 overall and 9-0 in the Marawood South. Assumption is now 2-10 and 2-7 in conference play.

Vaughn Breit added 12 points and nine rebounds, and Ben Barten was a 4-for-4 from the field and scored 11 points for the Tigers.

Stratford plays at Abbotsford on Friday.
