Stoney River Assisted Living & Memory Care Celebrating 10 Years
OnFocus – The public is invited to help celebrate a milestone for a senior living community that has brought a decade of care and joy to area older adults and peace of mind to families. Stoney River Assisted Living & Memory Care will be celebrating 10 years with a party held Thursday, June 24, from 5 to 7pm at Stoney River, 1204 W. McMillan Street, Marshfield, WI.
“Over the past decade, we are proud of the close-knit community we’ve created between our residents, team members and family members; delivering our award-winning VIVA! lifestyle to residents; and inspiring healthy, active aging,” said Executive Director Sarah Krenn. “We look forward to celebrating these accomplishments and to continue serving Marshfield area seniors and their families for the next ten years.”
This is a free outdoor event open to the public. Everyone is welcome to attend.
“The more the merrier!” said Krenn. “Stoney River’s residents and team members would like to invite friends and family of current and past residents, our community professional partners and seniors, along with their adult children, who are interested in learning more about our assisted living and memory support community.”
There will be a Picnic Buffet from 5-6pm and a Good Tymes Band performance from 6-7pm. Guests will enjoy birthday cake, gift bags and community tours.
“After a long stretch of separation and isolation, Stoney River’s 10th anniversary gives our community and the Marshfield community at large a joyful reason for all ages to come together for a good time and to create memories,” said Krenn. “It’s also a great opportunity for people who are considering a move to senior living to come and experience Stoney River firsthand.”
Krenn added that Stoney River is proud to be part of the Marshfield community and honored to be a trusted resource for older adults, their families and local professionals.
“As the Executive Director and a member of Stoney River’s team for eight years, I am committed to continue working toward changing the way society thinks about aging and senior living,” she said.
