St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store Closes, Food Pantry Remains Open

St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store in Marshfield announced it will be closed beginning Thursday.

“During this time of closure we will not be accepting any donations to the store,” the store announced. “We want to ensure that we are keeping our employees, volunteers and customers safe and with all donations having to be quarantined for up to 14 days we are not going to be taking donations until further notice.”

The food pantry remains available Monday through Friday from 10-3:45 p.m. However, Fellowship Meals and Free Medical Clinic are canceled.

Patients of the free clinic who need a prescription refill, before April 1 call 715-387-0395 ext. 11 and leave a voicemail with a name, phone number, and the name of the prescription. Staff will return the call.

“Although we are very sad to be closing our stores doors for the time being, we would like the community to know that if you are experiencing a hardship with food, our pantry is still open and happy to serve you,” the store stated.
