Spencer volleyball drops Cloverbelt East finale to Colby

SPENCER – The Spencer volleyball team wrapped up its Cloverbelt Conference East Division season with a 3-0 loss to Colby on Thursday at Spencer High School.

Colby won 25-10, 25-21, 31-29.

Chloe Drews had 10 kills, Carsee Neitzel had nine digs, and Zalexis Mannigel had 15 assists for the Rockets, who finish 1-6 in conference play.

Shelbi Hoefs added eight digs and Shaelee Neitzel had seven kills for Spencer.

Spencer competes at the Gilman Invitational on Saturday before finishing its regular-season schedule Tuesday with a Cloverbelt crossover match at home against Cadott.
