On May 4th and 5th the inaugural Spencer Middle School play was performed. Murder in the Knife Room by Jonathan Rand, a spoof of a classic murder mystery graced the boards of the LTCA stage. Because of the enthusiasm and success of this year’s middle school performance, another middle school play is scheduled for February 14th, 2019. Mark your calendars!

Also on May 4th and 5th the high school drama club presented the classic comedy one-act play, Nobody Sleeps. This brief, entertaining romp showed what happens when a burglar tries to burgle a burglar and is met by a burglar’s wise and unintimidated daughters. Next year, the Spencer High School Drama Club will performed full-length drama on May 3rd and 4th in the LTCA. Stay tuned for more information about next year’s exciting show.
