Spencer girls basketball drops home game to Loyal

SPENCER – Remi Geiger had 15 points and Emily Goodbrand added 11 to lead Loyal to a 58-23 win over Spencer in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division girls basketball game on Thursday night at Spencer High School.

With the loss, the Rockets fall to 2-6 overall and 1-5 in the Cloverbelt East. Loyal is now 4-3 and 3-2 in conference play.

Seven different Spencer players scored in the loss, with Aryiah Schuh leading the way with five points.

Spencer plays at Neillsville on Tuesday.
