SPASH Sweeps Twin Bill with Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln

Stevens Point (OnFocus) –  SPASH swept its doubleheader with Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln, winning the opener 9-6 and the nightcap 7-1.

Logan Schulfer struck out 8 in 6 innings of work to earn the win. Schulfer aided his cause with a 3X4 performance at the plate, picking up 2 RBI.

Brennan Huber had a big game for Rapids, going 3X4 with a double and grand slam.

Kaden Thauer earned the win for SPASH in Game 2, scattering 7 hits and striking out five.

SPASH moved to 7-1 in the Wisconsin Valley Conference, 8-2 overall.
