OnFocus – Friday Morning, President Trump tweeted that him and the First Lady have tested positive for the COVID-19.
Message: Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!
President Trump is the 7th world leader to test positive for COVID-19.
First Lady, Melania Trump followed President’s message stating: “As too many Americans have done this year, @potus & I are quarantine at home after testing positive for COVID-19. We are feeling good & I have postponed all upcoming engagements. Please be sure you are staying safe & we will all get through this together.”
This comes after a top aide of the President tested positive for COVID-19. The news sends US stock futures down nearly 2.5%, as the market awaits a September jobs report this morning.
