A business owner called to report an ex-employee had called regarding payment he believed was owed to him. The subject became upset with the response by the owner and started yelling irrationally. The subject had made a comment about him on his way there with a “buddy” to handle this situation. The subject was later contacted and did admit to the call and that the owner was swearing at him as well. In reference to the “buddy,” the subject is in the process of a civil lawsuit against the owner/business and was referring to “buddy” as his attorney. The subject stated he will only contact the business through his attorney and will not go near the property. Owner does not want any contact with the subject or at the business and wants incident documented but no charges.
