Pittsville River Bandits Open 2021 Season with Win

Pittsville (OnFocus) – The Pittsville River Bandits opened the 2021 campaign with a 7-1 win over Interwald in Dairyland League Baseball.

The River Bandits had 12 hits, led by Eric Neve’s 3X5 performance.

Ryan Schwanebeck was 2X5, Nathan Dupee 2X5 and Justin Rayburn 2X4.

Sawyer Ladick picked up the win, scattering 6 hits and walking 5, striking out 5 in six innings of work.

Joey Becker came on in relief to preserve the win, giving up 3 hits in three innings of work.
