Pinch Hit Homerun Lifts Rays Past Yankees into American League Championship Series

San Diego (OnFocus) – David vs. Goliath. Tampa Bay and the Yankees. In a memorable Game 5, Tampa’s Mike Brousseau, undrafted in 2016, hit what proved to be the game-winner off of Yankees flamethrower Aroldis Chapman to advance Tampa the American League Championship Series.

Brousseau’s home run came on a 10 pitch at bat, and after the game, shared how amazing it felt to hit the home run that propelled the Rays to the ALCS.
