Wild Rose (OnFocus) – Brycen Cashin led a Pacelli rushing attack that piled up ___ yards as Pacelli destroyed Wild Rose, 42-6.
Cashin had a pair of touchdowns in both the first and second quarter, and Nicholas Schroeder added a first quarter touchdown as the Cardinals rolled.
“I thought we put together a really good game plan. We knew they have a good QB and receivers that we had to slow down. We were able to get some pressure up front and caused some throws that went our way,” said Pacelli Head Coach Drew Nelson.
Cashin collected five touchdowns on the evening, with runs of 1, 4, 27, 1 and 1 yards. He led all rushers with 229 yards on 18 carries.
“We put together a game for 4 full quarters and it was good to see. We had a lot of hats around the ball on defense and were able to be efficient on offense,” Nelson added.
The win moves Pacelli to 2-2 overall.
