D.C. Everest (5-3, 4-2 FVA) @ Wausau West(7-1, 5-1 FVA)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Wausau West by 7

Analysis –  Both teams are headed to the playoffs, and this game will impact their seeding significantly. West is playing for at least a share of the VFA title and a high seeding in the playoffs, with an almost certainty of hosting in Level 1 with a win. An Everest win would push the Evergreens to 6-3 overall and into a second place tie in the Valley, and a slim chance of hosting in Level 1. Numbers give the nod to West, playing at home.

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Medford by 15

Analysis –   Antigo is playing for pride, Medford is playing for a higher seed in the playoffs. Medford looks to rebound from last week’s loss to Mosinee and be primed for the playoffs. Computer shows Medford will win easily.

Mosinee (6-1-1, 6-0 GNC) @ Merrill (5-3, 4-2 GNC)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Mosinee by 13

Analysis –   Mosinee is coming off a big win at home over Medford and with a win tonight, Mosinee is the GNC Champion. Merrill is headed to the playoffs, and playing at home gives the Bluejay a boost. Computer shows Mosinee will pull away.

Abbotsford (4-4, 2-4 Marawood) @Pittsville (2-6, 2-4 Marawood)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Pittsville by 4

Analysis –   Both teams have a possible playoff berth on the line, but they must win to give themselves a chance. Abbotsford began the season 4-0 but has fallen since. With a lot on the line, the home field advantage goes to Pittsville.

Auburndale (7-1, 5-1 Marawood) @ Colby (8-0, 6-0 Marawood)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Colby by 2

Analysis –  This game will be played in front of a packed house, and for good reason. Auburndale was trimmed by Edgar in Week 8, moving Edgar and Auburndale into a second place in the Marawood. Colby is playing for their second consecutive undefeated Marawood Conference title, a win likely gives the Hornets a #1 seed in the playoffs and a chance to play at home for three weeks of playoff football, a huge boost. Auburndale claims a share of the Marawood title with a win and a high seed in the playoffs, and a home game in Level 1. This game looks to be a classic, and the computer gives Colby an edge.

Marathon (3-5, 2-4 Marawood) @Edgar (7-1, 5-1 Marawood)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Edgar by 16

Analysis –  Edgar moved into a second place tie in the Marawood with their 21-14 win over previously unbeaten Auburndale. An Edgar win coupled with a win by Auburndale over conference leader Colby, would result in tri-conference champions. Edgar must win to secure a home game in Level 1. Marathon has hopes of earning a playoff berth with a win, putting them into a bubble of eligible teams with 3-4 conference records. The computer has Edgar picking up the win.

Kaukauna  (5-3, 4-2 Fox Valley) @ Kimberly (7-1, 5-1 Fox Valley)

OnFocus Computer Prediction – Kimberly by 13

Analysis –  Kimberly is playing for at least a share of the Fox Valley Title.  A Kaukauna win  puts Kaukauna into at least a tie for second place. The numbers show Kimberly will prevail.

Analysis –   Athens and Gilman look to show why they can be a force in the football playoffs. Each has stumbled since beginning the season on fire. Gilman has the advantage playing at home.
