Scott P. Seavers, 63, Junction City, passed away on Friday, January 8, 2021, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Junction City, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 1:00 pm until service time. Rev. Dr. Timothy Roser will officiate. The service will be streamed online at www.facebook.com/rembsfuneralhomes. Burial will take place at a later date. Due to COVID there will be no luncheon. Martens / Rembs Funeral Home, Junction City is assisting the family.

Scott was born on February 9, 1957, in Marshfield, to Virgil and Rosemary (Havitz) Seavers and attended Stevens Point Area Senior High. He married Elaine M. Wojtalewicz on May 10, 1975, in Stevens Point.

Scott had been employed in auto body restoration, truck driving, a golf course mechanic, and custodian. He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, pontoon boating, and woodworking. He especially enjoyed swimming and fishing with his grandkids. Scott was very sociable and a people person as well as the life of the party. He loved his pets and others’ pets too. He was a part of the annual ice cutting event in Junction City for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine, and their children, Jamie (Bonnie) Seavers of Stevens Point, Stacy (Ken) Zivicki, Jr. of Auburndale, and Holly (Ed) Jankovitz, Jr. of Marshfield. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandson, Raeanna (Josh) and their son Oliver; Alex, Alesha, Rubie, Kia, and Cami, his father Virgil of Junction City and his sister, Pam (Kevin) Thompson of Wrightstown. He is further survived by his brothers- and sisters-in-law, Clifford (Bernadine) Wojtalewicz and Lori (Todd) Fisher.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosemary, and his father- and mother-in-law, Peter and Maryann Wojtalewicz.
