Michael A. Goodman, 59, Marshfield, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at House of the Dove, Marshfield.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Rembs Funeral Home, Marshfield with visitation from 11:00 am until the time of service. Rev. Todd Mlsna will officiate. Entombment will take place at Hillside Columbarium at a later date.
Michael was born on February 1, 1966 in Bay City, Michigan to Robert and Joyce (Kretzschmer) Goodman.
He was united in marriage to Dianne Adelmann on May 6, 1995 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Marshfield.
From a very young age Mike loved to fish and hunt with friends and family. Taught by their father, Mike and his brother Chris would fish and hunt at the family cottage. He loved sports including football, baseball, and golf. He loved watching the Detroit Tigers. Mike had a wonderful sense of humor; and everyone who knew him, loved him. Mike put family first, always.
He is survived by his wife, Dianne, stepson, Matthew Grove (Kathy Brock) of Marshfield, grandchildren, Carter Grove (fiancé Brittany Bauer), Kennedy Grove, and Madison Grove, all of Marshfield, Ali Krug of Wisconsin Rapids, and Dylan Krug, US Navy, of San Diego, CA, and great grandson, Leo Krug of Wisconsin Rapids.
He is further survived by his mother, Joyce Goodman and brother, Chris Goodman (Angie Pearson) of Grand Ledge, MI.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, and grandparents, Lloyd and Elizabeth Kretzschmer and Earl and Marie Goodman.
